Few days ago I ordered a combo of 1+1 earphones at rs. 1699 which got delivered today. When I opened the delivery box I found only one earphone which was a defective piece. when I went back on the website to file return I wasn’t able to do it and when I mailed them they didn’t reply to my mail and even their phone number is not reachable !!
