I ordered a WIZPAD Z1 Pro Tablet for my son on 12.2.21 and paid Rs.3999/- through Net banking. (order ID-BO10545233, Payment ID 408727982, http://pmny.in/F16L8HEhtoCj) The specification of this Tab is attached below. Today{21.2.21} I got a parcel from a courier company. When I opened the packet I horrified, it contained an 8-inch old inferior quality old Tab named *AAKASH*and not include any prospectus and guarantee card except a bad charger. Realy it is cheating. Sir, I want to return the same and got a refund of my money. What is the remedy for me? Sir this is a cheating company and needs to take legal action.
