Hi Sir,
I am Amritesh Kumar. On 12 Sept 2020 I got a call from no.99200 64316. And they said I will give you job in PRC Solution. Just you need to copy and paste give content. After that they asked me to provide Adhar card and they said your form is submited.
After that I have asked “How can I start work”, they said tomorrow {(13 sept 2020) I will explain but after that days till now I didn’t received any call or message from that side.
But today I got an email from “Advocate Associate Legal”.
Below is email text
Dear Amritesh Kumar,
This letter informs you that you have taken an online form filling job from PRC Solution and you did not complete/unsuccessful so that as per the terms and conditions you need to pay the penalty amount. After that we will process further procedure regarding your binding agreement, so kindly clear the penalty amount and close the agreement as soon as possible. If you do not clear the process then we will have to process the legal procedure as below :

The upper section charges are accused against you regarding the breach of contract and after that, we will issue the legal notice to your current home Address.
After few minutes I got a text on my mobile from BR SMSHLP., Below is text of that message
Under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on 7265863278 for further assistance.

Sir please suggest me what to do and please find these cheater.

Hi sir,
Today again i have received call from +918866978001 number. On call an senior Advocate from Gujrat High Court, saying Company has file a case against you, so you need to come Gujarat and close the case.
Sir, requesting you please do something against them.

Same problem I also faced. Please aware from these fraudsters, no need to worry, aware to all in your known person so that other no one can caught in these fake. Don’t pay to any of them. I also received case ID and all these drama’s. I got from WEB Service company or WEBEL Services.
