I have ordered a new mobile phone samsung m14 5g from amazon I got a used product has scratches on it the day I get delivery of product within one hour I have complained for it several times the doing telling me you will get refund refund but I have not get it yet now they are telling please wait for 5 days Sir/Mam I am a student I have collected money to but a new phone but got a used product I did not expected like this my classes are going my exams are coming who will be responsible for that so I hope that you will listen my voice and take a strict action against STPL EXCLUSIVE AMAZON.
