Got used product via Amazon on 18th aug 2023. When raised a complaint against via Amazon customer service on 19th aug and again raised on 21st it almost took 2 days and raised a return for 28th of aug when I called again on 25th they said the earliest return will be on the coming sunday. Now the pickup cancelled again without any reason. When I ask them for the reason they are blaming the system and there are no available slots to pick up.
