* I order it 07th February ‘2022
* It delivery 12th February.
* I found many issues(problems) in this set. I make a return request on 14 th February. From flipkart I got a message that within two days technician will visit.
* 18 th February was the last. date. And what a Co incident technician visited my house evening (without following any covid protocol), within 10 minutes he said, yes in this set have issue. It will be return. Then he moved out. Just after 30 minutes I got a message from flipkart that my return request cancel.
* After that, again I send return request. And it was accepted. From Flipkart one message came on 19 th February,
saying that return request granted and advice me too keep this product in original packaging, it will pickup.
But unfortunately just after that messages one more message came that return cancel and technician will visit again. And second time also alloted same technician.
* On 21 th February technician without visited my house call me over phone that your house far away from my residence, so second time I will not go. I am sending messages to concern, you will get refund.
* on 21 th February as usual one more my return request cancel.
* Again I contacted with high authority about this matter. I got a message that within 26 th February it will be solve.
But now they call me, that you will visit to nearest Realme stores to solve this issue by physically.
* After that I make a complain to Gago Ghrahok Gago. They accept my complain. And the complain no – 3312697.
