One day I got a call from the company Next technology and they said me to complete 500 forms in 5 days and I will get 21000/- salary . I completed the work by time .but they are saying me that I do it incorrectly and now I have to pay 8500/- something otherwise they will file case against me and the police will take my father to jail . I am minor and they are talking to me rudely. Today I got a call from them by saying that he is advocate from New Delhi . The cases they file against me areSec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION SECTION-420 Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
