I bought s10 plus from amazon.
when I recived parcel. I found back of the mobile is scratched.
so I did contact with customer care and i told them about scratch and want to replace my mobile.
they told me you will recive hand to hand replacement before 26 november 2020 but parcel was come at 27 november 2020 when I wasn’t at home. so delivery boy called me and I told him to come next day but he did cancelled my replacement and now I didn’t get replacement and I don’t want refund I just want my new mobile.
please somebody help me to get my brand new samsung galaxy s10 plus.
