I gave my boat watch xtend for replacement, they gave damage product back after that I gave the product back for replacement again and when they were giving the produch back the courier boy called me for OTP, he didn’t came to me and said give the OTP I’ll deliver the product when I go back to my home in the night, I didn’t gave him OTP because he didn’t came to deliver my product after that a computer generated message came on my phone that if you want the same damage product back press 1 else press 2, I pressed 2 and now it’s 6 months passed away they are not giving my product back and when I call their customer care for the replaced product they are not responding properly, I asked them to return my product back and if you are not giving my product back they give my money back they were not giving anything to me not my product neither my money please help me for this issue as soon as possible I am very poor
