So, this happened yesterday I was just exploring for a loan option…then I saw smart cash app, I submitted all my details… whilst I didn’t agree to take any loan…the application automatically did sent out all the requests for the loan without my concern…I tried contacting the customer service to cancel all the requests but there was no response from there end…the amount they credited me was for 1920, I haven’t used a single penny of it..and now they are charging me for two loan amount 6400 while they only sent me 1920 RS for one loan…I don’t understand why are they doing this…this is wrong please help me and take as many as legal action to this firm.
