I filled plan of 399 on the 8/oct/2018 and i checked the account from every next day showing that you have zero balance in your account, so i reached out your customer service and send the msg which i received from my bank service saying that deducted from my account and transection id for 2 times after a month i put a request for porting due to no response and bad service the executive assured me that within 72 hours the amount will be feed in your number but still i haven’t received any response
