Text of Complaint by BR Chandel:

on 17 May 2021. I recharged my jio mobile no through Pasfar Technologies and deducted Rs 544/- of each Id i.e. IGALBLEHF4 @IGALDMKH6 each 544/-. This money deducted twice from my account but neither recharge was not made nor money refunded back to my account. Pl resend my money i.e. Rs 1088/- deducted from my account on 17 May vide above ID’s. Pl resolve my problem immediatly or I will file a complaint in the National Consumer Court.
