Hello myself Sanjit Pramanik,I’m a student and new to here at Versatile webtech I don’t know how is the working on it, I am take a stumble decision on it.The Webtech executive first call my number regarding a job opportunity and asking money and Laptop to job continue but I mistaken on it I am complete registration free of cost and settle a date 14 to 18 june for working on this site but on this date I can’t do login on this site and don’t working then the webtech executive call me and told me that having no laptop can’t working on this site so I cancel it and I did not work on this day but 2 to 3 days later a lawyer message me on whatsapp and said that a case has been registered on youAlert! Mr/Ms.Sanjit Pramanik, A Case Has Been Registered Against You In Rajkot Gujarat District Court . As Per The Agreement It Was Clearly Mentioned That You Have To Clear The Registration Amount + Noc Fees And You Have Not Followed The Terms & Conditions Written In The Agreement. As Per The Indian Contract Act Under IPC Section 73,74 ,A Breaching Of Agreement Case Has Been Registered Against You .Kindly Be Present At Rajkot Court On 22th June 2022 Note :
In Case If You Are Unable To Be Present At Court First Trial Date ,Court May Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You. Now say that what I doing now please help.
