I installed a jio fiber in my house in the trial offer for jio fiber service. According to this trial offer if I returned or cancel the trial than I received my full refund amount within 7-14 days of returning the device, I cancelled trial on 23/07/2021 and my device is pick up by jio team on 25/07/2021. But it’s 030/09/2021 still I don’t get any amount of refund and when I contact the consumer support they only have one answer that’s wait for 14 days.
