Text of Complaint by James:

When someone sends me airtime from their bank acct they are debited but my airtel acct balance is not credited…..on Monday someone sent me a recharge card of #500 and today my sister sent me #1000 airtime although they were debited my account has not been credited….pls do well to address the faults on your system and get me credited…..thanks for ur understanding…..my sorrel line is 09041265843
