I don’t have any Credit card from Encore Asset Reconstruction Company Pvt Ltd. But the credit report shows I have a credit card from them and have an active loan of Rs.91000

I don’t have any Credit card from Encore Asset Reconstruction Company Pvt Ltd. But the credit report shows I have a credit card from them and have an active loan of Rs.91000.

Please help to remove that from my name.
