Ok this happens like every once in a week. I don’t get internet connection, I can call others but can’t use internet. It shows I have full signal and also says 4g but still I don’t get even basic speed, I can’t even message some one in watsup that slow. Plz fix or I will have to shift to jio. Iam done I can’t take it. I pay a lot more for connection comparing to other sims, but still get bad service. And can’t even call ur customer service.
