I ordered a wrong black jean from flipkart , what there I seem in online is not I got the jean Color is not black , the jean is very faded in Color already that’s why I request a return my product and refund my money back , they accept and the person came to pickup my product and he checked the product and he said the serial ID is not accepting and then I called to Flipkart customer care so many times and spoke with them but every time they told cancel your return request and do return the product again , I did like that what they told but again I faced a Same thing the wishmaster said your serial id is not accepting sir, finally they didn’t anything they not accepting my return and refunded me , I request cousumer court to please take a serious action against them they’re cheating people by mistakes themselves, hope consumer complaint court will take a action, Jai Hind .
