On 1-10-2022 4:40pm I recharged someone’s jio number, but instead of prepaid, money goes in postpaid. When I asked from customer services they said that my 209rs recharge will include in my next bill. Then I asked: but I have prepaid SIM, then how can I receive they said they don’t have much information.
Now, the problem, I am not able to receive my refund, and not able to use that recharge’s money.
