I do a transaction by using phonepay amount-2000/- on dtd-07/05/2022 time-06:18am and utr no- 212758741584 but amount is debited from my account successfully but amount not credit in beneficiary account. I check my bank statement and the transaction is successful but beneficiary account is not received any amount. I complaint phonepay customer care but not responding any answer
