I had initially taken Airtel plan of 999, in that I got OTT platform Amazon Prime, 1 year validity after closing in 2-3 days, today got 2500+ bill in 40 Mbps (699) plan. 1500 in which Rs. Amazon prime has been renewed before that I also unsubscribe on airtel thanks app still added Rs 1500 in these bill. I want justice Strict action should be taken against Airtel.
