Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have recently discovered in my credit report. I have noticed a loan of Rs. 30,000 listed from Transacttree Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company with which I have no prior relationship or knowledge. While there is no outstanding amount displayed, it is stated that I have already paid one EMI. I am perplexed as to how this loan has been taken out in my name without my consent, and I have never borrowed any money from this company.
I am concerned that this unauthorized loan may have a negative impact on my credit score and would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have already tried to contact Transacttree Technologies Pvt Ltd for clarification, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am unsure of what steps I should take next to rectify this matter.
I request your assistance and guidance on how to proceed further. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue and removing the unauthorized loan from my credit report.
