Hi Sir,
I purchased a product from amazon india but the product which i received is defective. So i return the product on 10th May 2022. As per the amazon refund policy the amount will be reflected to my bank within 5 working days. But still today 31st May 2022 i did not received my refund. I try so many times to speak the amazon customer support team after 15may till today but my refund is not completed. They told me that we will looking to this matter and it will takes 2 to 3 days. Sir i did not accept this type of service from a global company. They literally harees me.
