I purchased a product from Flipkart on 10/10/2023 and I cancelled my product on 13/10/2023. On that time I contact your customer executive he told me this amount will be refunded with in 48 hr. I’m waiting for my refund amount but I don’t receive my refund amount. After 17 th Oct when I contact your executive he told me it’s my UPI and bank problem. I contact UPI customer executive and my bank manager but he also told me he can’t help me. No one could help me since so long.
Please help me if possible.
