I ordered a Naipo (neck and back messager message pillow) on 20th september, 2020 and i got some different product delivered on 29th September Via COD, which was some different brown coloured low quality cheap messager (without any brand name nor price tag on its cover box) . It wasn’t Naipo messager for obvious. The picture was either misleading or I don’t know what the seller’s intention exactly was. The picture showed black coloured naipo messager with two switches. But the one i received had only one . I have attached the pictures of both the messagers which i ordered and which i received. The market price of the one which i received is very less as compared to what i paid (thinking it to be a naipo brand messager) . The seller is completely making a fool out of customers. Many more customers have negatively reviewed the same issue .
When i contacted amazon customer care regarding the same, then they assured me that it will be refunded soon . 5 days passed by, and then again i contacted customer care because I got no mail, neither refund amount from the seller back . But amazon gave me no response . I strictly want my refund from the seller (Jukkre) and want him to be abandoned from selling such faulty products on Amazon and fooling customers. Also, i would like to get my amount back asap ( I can’t replace it because i was in urgent need of a messager so i purchased it from some where else). Kindly do the needful. This is evidently manipulating customers which is against the provisions of Consumers Protection Act.
