I refunded a shoe on Amazon on 18th November and Amazon credited the money to my Paytm payment bank account on 25th November but the money is not showing in my account.And when I told this to Amazon customer care, they gave me a refund reference number. But when I told that refference number to Paytm Payment Bank Customer Care, they said that the money has gone to someone else on this reference number.
