I ordered a prepaid order on 29th December 2022, which was cancelled by supplier on 2nd January 2023, I got a text from meesho that my amount is initiated, But its been 14th of January Today & I still didn’t got my refund back. Whenever I am calling meesho on several days, their associates they talk to me listen my issue then put me on hold to wait & then they drop my call. This has happened almost 6-7 times with me. I am really fed up, This is my ist order on meesho. I am not getting my amount, I even visited my bank twice to check with transaction Id but it is not reflecting in my account.
