Few days back I ordered a combo of apple watch and air pods INR 1399 from brandmarts.shop through Facebook but they delivered a cheap analog watch. I tried to reach them via mail id and contact number mentioned on brandmarts.shop website but it seems to be a fraud and none of them is reachable.I have screenshots which I uploaded here you must see.
Please help me to have my money back and take action on this fraud.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
