i have booked a flight ticket through trvolook.in to delhi from kolkata on 16th march 2021 which was cancelled by the travolook due to increase in fare. they told me that refund has been given to your bank account within 15-20 days but i have not get the refund till date 27/04/2021 whenever i call to customer care they told me that the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days but they dont give the refund.
