I didn’t get my refund from 15 days and they are not picking my phone

I returned night suit but didn’t get the refund yet it’s almost been 7-8 days but didn’t get a refund. And customer care services are very poor takes lots of time to connect with the representative. I’m very very disappointed with there services.
