I ordered 3 hijab on nifa hijab platform on 20/08/2022 , but one week gone but I didn’t get my percel …I ordered by payment …but I emailed on nifa hijab platform ..platform replied me that he didn’t get my address but when I ordered first I gave my address then online payment …but the phone number of this platform is not valid

Even I have placed order on 28 aug still I didn’t receive my parcel and not getting any update i have email u done with all complain on ur email and all why u mention a off number on ur site
