First, On 16th Jun i recharged my DTH account (3008994510) and it shows me that recharge successful and then after 2 days my DTH connection shows me that “please recharge low balance…” and then i contacted customer care and they were not replying properly and they said that they have refunded me payment which i didn’t get till now.
I have contacted in all ways , i talked to paytm , i talked to airtel, i talked to bank but they all don’t know that where is my money. So what should i do.
