i have made a order of about 600 rs . out of which my one nestle choclate was missing..i asked the store manager to either refund or send my order (chocolate). so she said i will refund it to u with 10%compensation. here are about 15 days i haven’t recieve any refund . now i want more compensatoin other wise i am a law student and will sue in the court of law …under sec 10 of IT act 2008 .here i am uploading img . and want my refund soon , hope u understand.
