Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious discrepancy in my CIBIL report. It is showing that I have applied for a loan with IDBI Bank, while I have never made such an application. I recently applied for a correction with CIBIL, but my request was rejected, and they have advised me to contact your bank directly to resolve this issue.

This erroneous record is negatively impacting my CIBIL score, and I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this at the earliest. I will attach a screenshot of the loan default announcement that incorrectly mentions my name, which I hope will assist you in investigating the matter.
