Hi,
I have been using airtel from a long time now and have been a valued customer,even my family has 4 connections. But on 22 Sep 2020 I did a recharge on one of my mobile number : 8756580692 of 598/- from airtel money. Recharge did not happen and neither did I got refund. Since then I have been trying but only getting the response from the customer care that it will be resolved within 2 days. Today is 8 Oct, when I am writing this mail. Kindly look into it and resolve it ASAP.
