I received a call from the OU Examination Branch, indicating that for a college with autonomous status, I am required to obtain transcripts from my college. While i requesting a refund, they proposed providing 6 original degree transcripts. However, I specifically need individual memo transcripts, not the original degree transcript. Kindly process the refund so that I can proceed to obtain the necessary transcripts from the college. Almost 2 months still not responding. I mailed them and called no proper response from them.
