Text of Complaint by Hurton Györgyné:

I ordered an invasive blood glucose meter on 24 Jan 2024, they confirmed it back, but sent me a pulse oximeter in the package, which I don’t need. I immediately complained, the company apologised and offered a 40% refund. I insisted on an 80% refund, which they accepted after two rounds of bargaining. They asked for 14 days’ grace, but did not reply to my enquiry yesterday. I have photos of everything: my order, the confirmation and all emails.
