I don’t Like the product,and The product size is very small, and the quality of the product is not good.
I had put a return request on Flipkart which is being canceled again and again, this has been done for the 7th time. And till now I haven’t got any resolution. The return request is also put by them and the return request is canceled on the next day.And now it is being said that your product cannot be returned.
Whereas in the return policy of the seller, it is clearly mentioned that if you do not like the product, then your product will be returned.
Flipkart customer support after our product return request has been canceled 7 times, it is telling that your product is not eligible for return.I ask why didn’t they tell us earlier when my product was non-returnable why did they mislead or cheat us for the 7th time?
I want to resolution.
Please Help me.
