Text of Complaint by Yashika Malik:

I ordered an artificial flower from amazon which was a prepaid order of 283, which got delivered on 26th April I did not accept the delivery an asked delivery boy to take it back. The boy asked me to initiate the return. On 27th April other boy came to take delivery I told him that i did not have the product. I have already returned the product. I was busy with my exams. I complaint them on 30th may they told me that refund will be initiated in 72hours nothing happened. On 4th June I called them again they told me that after 72 hours refund will be initiated but nothing happened. When I called them on 9th June, they told me that nothing can be done as their system will not accept as I have not complaint them within 7days of return. This is not a solution of the same. I asked them to investigate against their delivery boy they said we cannot do anything.
