I ordered Sony Earphones from Amazon as a birthday gift for my brother. When he got them, he noticed that the box was torn, and the earphones were missing from the inside. I tried contacting Amazon and they asked me to wait for a week, during which they ran an “investigation”, which I did, but after waiting for all that time, they said there was no mistake from their end. I asked them to rerun whatever investigation they’re doing because I have been scammed, but they told me they can’t do anything about it anymore.
