have ordered earbuds combo offer worth 1599 but I received very cheap quality Bluetooth headphones which are not in working condition and also the date of delivery written on it is 16/07/20 but I received it on 20/07/20 and in return policy they have given it should be return in 3 days then it is not possible to return also

I ordered a Sony Bluetooth headphone from Bass Guru online on 9/7/2020 with an order number # 74975 and a price of 1599 / – in cash. The order was delivered on 20/7/2020 but the company continued and Sent secondary quality headphones.The company has cheated me. I mailed them to send the order return but it was not used.
