Image Uploaded by Manpreet Khanduri:Hi, i had recharged on 16/5/20 for ₹379 which included 6GB DATA. however it is not applied to my account. My account on airtel app as well as the IVR also says that i have 0 MB LEFT. But it never got applied at all. I am calling airte Cs number from 16/5/20 but the ivr os only giving self help options n no option to speak to an agent about any issue! If you select the option to give a feedback it dosconnects. So i tried emailing airtel cs. All i get is an robotic reply copy pasted by them everytime that recharge is auccessfully applied to the account. Who is talking about the recharge here. I have been very clear on my emails that I am specifically talking about one particular feature of the recahrge that data allowance of 6GB WHICH I DIDNT GET!! I am frustated now with the level of irresponsible behaviour I am receiving from the customer care. I have also requested them to call me back to explain what is happening but i havent got any call back???
