I had requested for cancellation of jio fiber services almost a month back. Thereafter i have made repeated requests, both on email and to customer care including one to the appelate authority for customer complaints at jio. However, their modus operandi seems to be to schedule and reschedule an appointment for pick up of device at their own will, albeit it wrongly says that the request for rescheduling is at the customer’s request. Then they call from an unknown number and dont speak. Once the call is disconnected, the customer immediately gets a message saying jio tried contacting and couldnt reach them. I am now inclined to file a police complaint against jio fiber for criminal misappropriation and cheating
