Text of Complaint by Kumari Rupam:

I had applied for airtel extreme broadband connection on 29 December 2021. Airtel executive came and took my kyc details and payment of ₹3300 and did not told that there is no range of airtel broadband connection in my area. And next day when I called for the connection they told there is no range of airtel broadband connection in your area. I contacted to the customer care for the refund, first they told it will be refunded in 7 days but I did not get the amount then I called again in customer care then they told in 45 days you will get the amount but it is more than 45 days now. I still did not get my refund.
Airtel is such a cheat. Please help me to get my money back.
