I cancelled my order on 3rd oct, till date i have not received my refund.
The complaint was raised by me on 15th oct 2021 and 23rd oct was given as resolution date, after calling multiple times to flipkart i was always given assurance that on 23rd your issue will be resolved. I informed flipkart over multiple calls for 3-4 days that my due date of bill was 24th still no seriousness was shown by the team in resolving the issue. Then 1 day before my due date of bill i got this mail of extention in resolving date. Till the time of writing this i.e. 29 oct i did not get my refund.
