On July 31st, I conducted a transaction through the “No Broker” pay rent option, where an amount of Rs. 39,303.63 was debited from my credit card. On the following day, August 1st, at 3:03 AM, I received a status update indicating that the amount had been settled in my beneficiary account. However, despite this confirmation, the said amount has not been credited to my beneficiary account. Subsequently, I lodged a complaint with the No Broker support team, and they assured me that the refund would be processed by August 3rd, requiring 7-8 days for the amount to reflect. Regrettably, as of now, I have not yet received the refunded amount. This situation has led me to believe that I am being deceived as my funds have been held for the past 10 days.
