I downloaded the Juneau Finance App to check if I’m eligible for any loan. I filled in my details to check my eligibility but automatically started crediting cash and sanctioned loans without my knowledge. That too not the whole amount. Half the amount was sent and now repayments are for whole amount. I am unable to cancel the rest of the loans. No customer care number nor reply from the customer care email address. Please help me cancel it and I shall send the money received as is.
