I did my recharge and payment was successfully done but they doesn’t attivated my Jio Fiber plan

On 5-august-21 at 9:52 I recharged my Jio Fiber plan and the payment is successfully done. I use upi payment method through paytm but they doesn’t activated my plan yet nor they refunded my amount yet. I called so many time to their customer care number but they doesn’t respond me well and i also call the paytm customer care they also doesn’t respond me well.I have a payment slip i added in the below section. I want that my money get refund as soon as possible.
