Hello
I didn’t get my internet pack for 2 consecutive months of September and August even after paying my bills on time. I tried contacting you by your helpline but it was of no use. So now I am requesting to you to either give me my 2 months internet back which is 60gb (30 gb each month) or refund my money back. I hope you will be a sincere service and respond me ASAP. I am looking forward for your response.
