Sir , i.e on 27-03-2023 at 06:14 pm, I recharge my Jio mobile no. With Rs. 895 with Amazon pay but Recharge was successful but i didn’t get benifits,Jio customer care also said me that i have got balance refund in 30 days but still now i didn’t get any refunds or recherge benifits , and amount got deducted from my bank account. .

Please refund me the same amount either by recharge the same number or to be added in my debited account.
